It was 19 in January 2013 and year we saw prices and sales surge. It took an average 42 days to sell a home in December which was slightly slower than normal. Last year, 2016, saw 338 home sold compared to 306 in 2015. The numbers suggest this is a good time to sell here.

After November’s saw a jump in sales to 45 detached homes December looked more average but inventory at 35 detached homes was the lowest we have seen here in six years. There were no distressed sales in December. It was taking an average 40 days to sell a home here which was slightly slower than usual. Last year, 2016, saw 498 detached homes sold compared to 515 in 2015. That low inventory figure should encourage sellers to list soon. and one was distressed. Inventory was down a little from last year but overall sales for 2016 into December at 468 were well down on last year’s number at 515 for the same period.
