This Month January 2017

Sales were about average for January but again inventory has slipped to the lowest in years.  Has to make this a seller’s market but jump now to be one of the few people selling a house here!

Last Month December 2016

December 2016 sales of detached homes were very high and inventory now in early January was the lowest we have seen since May 2013.  Last year saw 285detached home sold compared to 317 in 2015. That low inventory number may well help sellers and we urge to contact us now to list in January.

This Month January 2017

Like 92081 avergage sales in January but inventory way down to just 12 detached homes about a month’s supply.  Seller’s if you have a thought to sell call us !  Joanne 760-855-5541.

Last Month December 2016

There were 30 detached home sold in December one of the highest numbers we have seen here since January 2-009 and inventory slipped to one of the lowest at just 14.  There were 234 detached homes sold in 2016 compared ot 189 in 2015.  As with 92081 that low inventory number may help sellers sell.  Get ready now for a January listing!

ZIP 92084 Market Trend

This Month January 2017

As with the other vista zips here January was about average for sales and inventory has fallen to just 62 detached homes in early February compared to 65 last year at this time, 83 in 2015 but 48 the year before that.  Not such a great shortage as the other zips but potentially encouraging for sellers here.

Last Month December 2016

December saw 31 detached homes sold here which was slightly above recent years and inventory slipped to the lowest we have seen in January for about four years.  Homes in December were taking an average 51 days to sell which was slightly higher than average here.  Eight more homes were sold in 2016 than the 355 sold here in 2015.
